"First time buying insurance as well as the first time buying a car, and Charlotte was so helpful and knowledgeable. Very laid back, I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions, so that was great as there was a lot of information coming at me all at once. "If you’re looking for an excellent insurance team, you can stop looking — you found them. The folks here are kind, helpful and fair. They took care of us so well after our car was recently totaled. "After continually dealing with rate increases from USAA, I decided to shop around for car insurance. I've had USAA for 16 years, since enlisting in the Army in 2008. I'm 49 and have zero accidents, tickets or other items that make someone a higher risk. I went online and did some quotes for all the big companies. However, my local Charlotte Mullins State Farm, had the best rates for the coverage I had and added towing and rental reimbursement, which I had to remove from my USAA policy because the rates were just so high. Emma reached out to me and helped me go over the coverages and rates. I met with her in the office and started my policy with her. It was literally just minutes. I went down $82/a month with more benefits. In today's economy, every dollar counts. I was pleasantly surprised at how much Emma helped me save! Everyone I interacted with in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. I look forward to many years with this team and highly suggest reaching out and checking to see if they can help you as they did me!! It's not very often you get more while paying less! But that's exactly what I got with my State Farm!"
